Product Venturing

Product venturing creates opportunities for companies, customers, and employees by combining practices of product development and corporate venturing. It is not a replacement for these practices. It is a (partially or wholly) separate platform for driving innovation and diversification, creating solutions for customers, and  inspiring entrepreneurship.
